Rich chocolate chip bread with a secret dose of fruits and veggies inside! This Chocolate Chip Zucchini Banana bread will be your new favorite quick bread recipe!
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a bread pan with nonstick spray.
In a large bowl combine banana, zucchini, eggs, applesauce, and vanilla. Stir well until combined. Add all remaining ingredients other than chocolate chips and stir until just blended. Fold in 1 cup of chocolate chips.
Pour batter into prepared pan. Top with remaining chocolate chips. Bake 55 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
Reduce cooking time for mini loaves or muffins.
